Someone Who Has Been Where You Are

About Healthbridge

There was a night I found myself sitting on the floor, crying under the weight of everything I was carrying.

I was a registered nurse.

I had run a healthcare facility.

I understood the healthcare system better than most people ever will.

And still — I burned out.

That night became a turning point.

I realized caregivers should not have to wait until they are completely overwhelmed to deserve support.

And I made a promise to myself: if I could find my way through it, I would help other women get support before they lost themselves in the process.

That promise became HealthBridge.

Today, I bring together my experience as a registered nurse, former healthcare facility leader, mother of four, healthcare advocate, and caregiver coach to support women who are carrying more than most people realize.

My clients are often balancing careers, children, aging parents, medical decisions, family responsibilities, and the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together for everyone around them.

They are the women answering late-night phone calls, managing medications between meetings, advocating for loved ones at appointments, and quietly telling everyone around them, “I’m fine,” while feeling themselves slowly disappear underneath the weight of it all.

Many women come to me believing they only need help navigating the healthcare system.

What they often discover is that they also need someone who truly sees them — not just as caregivers, but as whole people who matter too.

I believe caregivers deserve support before they reach a breaking point.

You can care deeply for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.

You can be a devoted daughter, a present mother, and a whole human being.

You do not have to choose.

And you do not have to do it alone.

At HealthBridge, my goal is simple:

To make sure the women holding everyone else together finally feel supported too.

The one thing I want every client to remember is this:

You can depend on me.

How Healthbridge works — three pillars, one complete model

Caregiver burnout affects the whole person. Support should too.

PILLAR 1 — Coaching

SERENITY™ is the heart of the work. It is both the destination and the path.

The destination is a steadier kind of peace — not a perfect life, but the ability to feel grounded even when life is hard.

The path is an eight-part framework designed to help caregivers move from overwhelm toward clarity, identity, resilience, and sustainable strength.

Every journey begins with the SERENITY™ Assessment, which helps identify where a caregiver is most depleted and what kind of support is needed first.

Because transformation without structure is just inspiration. And structure without heart is not sustainable. Caregivers deserve both.

PILLAR 2 — Healthcare Advocacy

As a registered nurse and former healthcare facility leader, Linda brings clinical knowledge and real-world healthcare experience to every client relationship.

HealthBridge helps caregivers understand medical information, prepare for appointments, communicate with care teams, navigate insurance questions, and advocate with more confidence — so they no longer feel like they have to carry the healthcare system alone.

Support is not just emotional. Caregivers deserve to feel informed, supported, and empowered in the decisions they face every day.

PILLAR 3 — Wellness Integration

Burnout is not only emotional. It also lives in the body — in the tension caregivers carry in their shoulders, the sleep they cannot get, and the nervous system that never fully settles.

HealthBridge incorporates doTERRA essential oils as a supportive daily practice to help caregivers pause, reset, and create moments of grounding during difficult days.

Used alongside coaching, these tools offer a simple physical anchor before a difficult appointment, during a hard conversation, or in the quiet moments when caregiving feels heavy.

Caring for the body is not selfish. It is the foundation everything else is built on.

Three pillars. One whole caregiver.
